Frogmore is a leading UK real estate fund manager. They offer investors solutions across non-listed vehicles, customised separate accounts, and through co-investment. Based in London, Frogmore carries out all aspects of origination, asset management, planning, development and debt finance in-house.
Frogmore wanted to decrease their IT expenditure, simplify their infrastructure and improve their resilience and security. They had to consider whether a physical IT infrastructure or cloud solution was best for them. Many vendors who they consulted with offered a “one size fits all” approach, which did not fit with their business requirements.

The solutions that Frogmore implemented were:
- Monitoring and Management of Frogmore’s public cloud platform (Azure) and supporting licensing infrastructure. bluesource provides support for end users on a 24/7 basis, as well as ensuring business continuity and managing their Disaster Recovery solution.
- Deployment and ongoing management of Frogmore’s RDS Application and Desktop virtualisation software, leveraging Citrix hosted in Azure.
The solutions implemented enable Frogmore’s employees work unhampered by technological issues whether they are in the office, working remotely or working overseas with access required to all their business documents. Moreover, with bluesource’s support, Frogmore can continue operating at full capacity even if there is an emergency.
Frogmore anticipated a significant cost reduction for its physical infrastructure. Furthermore, bluesource provided commercial savings through the leveraging of right sizing and the use of Azure RI and Hybrid licensing. Frogmore’s contractual service and support costs are lower without sacrificing the level of service they receive.
