Remote Assist provides a reliable remote support service in convenient pre-paid blocks of “tickets” which are valid for 12 months. When an issue arises you can call us for support safe in the knowledge that you’ll be back up and running as soon as possible.
Incidents are logged as “tickets” and deducted from your “Ticket Bundle Account”. Each “ticket” provides up to a maximum of 7.5 hours of support time, after which, another “Ticket” will be automatically used. We offer full transparency and reliability when it comes to your service, and if we think that your issue will take longer to resolve, we’ll let you know.
