Remote Assist provides a reliable remote support service in convenient pre-paid blocks of Tickets which are valid for 12 months. So that when an issue arises, you can call for support safe in the knowledge that you’ll be back up and running as soon as possible.
Incidents are logged as tickets and deducted from your Ticket Bundle Account. Each Ticket provides up to a maximum of 7.5 hours of support time, after which, another Ticket will be automatically used. We offer full transparency and reliability when it comes to your service.
