What is Track & Fix?

Track & Fix includes everything that’s covered in Track, with an added layer of reactive escalation support for the named servers and applications. Issues are escalated to our 24/7 Service Management Centre with pre-defined SLAs.

Why you need it?

Track & Fix ensures incident resolution at a time when you’re already losing business and money -forking out more cash to get things back up and running is the last thing you’ll want to do.  Server monitoring is important so that we can pick up any small issues before they evolve into anything major, disrupting your business.

How much is it?

Charged at per server/per month, all inclusive, no extra costs or top-up’s needed. At the start of the agreement we’ll agree a set of incidents that we will automatically fix, so you wont have to worry about them. This is our intermediate package offering full coverage and reactive support.
