Bravissimo wanted to upgrade its messaging solution that consisted of a single Exchange 2003 server, supporting over 180 staff mailboxes and also required a move from a capex to an opex purchasing model – whilst benefiting from the robust security and enterprise class SLAs offered by Office 365.

bluesource presented a solution that incorporated a bestpractice design to allow the company themselves to carry-out the transition of the current messaging solution on premises, to Exchange Online. bluesource recommended a “cut-over” migration to Office 365, which ensured a simple migration – minimising any requirement for system co-existence and user disruption.

bluesource facilitated a strategy and discovery workshop for the company  which fed into the deployment process to ensure that the solution was optimised for smooth delivery of the service. bluesource was also on hand to provide its support expertise at key stages of the deployment.
